Wisdom

Wisdom is ultimately the understanding that those who seek answers nearly always already have the answers.

Wise people know to point you towards yourself in your search for truth.

Indeed, indeed...as we previously discussed. Love it!

It's the process that matters - people usually have the answer they need, they're just afraid of it for some reason. Either because they are confused, want everything, or because they are afraid to commit to an answer.

My thinking is that if you employ an answer, it solves the problem that prevents you from changing; as long as the problem remains, you are not obligated to confront anything new. People are petrified of doing new things.

What does it mean to employ an answer?

And if it means what I think it means, then I'm confused by what you're saying. I thought what you wanted to say is: if you give someone an answer, it solves the problem at hand, forcing the person to move onto another issue (which they would rather not do). Wouldn't solving the problem force you to change? I think I'm just confused by the diction. (After our numerous conversations, I'm pretty sure I sort of understand what you believe.)
